You can access the help in the game by just typing in HELP. If you would like help from a live player then just type in ? NEWBIE Can someone help me? You can also get help from our game websites.

Settings are saved on our servers by default. This means your preferences will be saved no matter what computer you are on. You can also import or export your settings to share with other players or characters. You MUST have Flash 10 in order to import/export.

If the game hangs when trying to connect or checking a character name, this is generally caused because your network, router, or computer is blocking port 23 and port 2003.
